Transparency in Coverage Information
The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services and U.S. Department of Labor require employers who sponsor a health insurance plan to make certain Transparency In Coverage plan information available to participants on a public website. In compliance with this rule, we are providing this link to a site where the required machine-readable file (MRF) information, applicable to our plan(s), will be posted monthly beginning on July 1, 2022.
